The Ulu knife (pronounced Oo-loo) is an incredible cutting tool great for chopping nuts, slicing cheeses and meats or just about anything that needs slicing and dicing.

Used for centuries by natives of the Arctic, they were first shaped from slate, a stone that could often be found in its natural state curved or tapered to a fine edge. It was this natural stone formation that inspired the Ulu’s design, which makes fine cuts simple and heavier chopping easier.

With a strong 7” stainless steel blade and solid Walnut and Birch wood handle and bowl, this updated design offers better control and versatility for all-around cutting tasks.
