How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard lead time is 1-2 days. During the holidays, expect longer lead times for personalized items. Please see individual descriptions for most accurate information.

How will my order be shipped?
Grilling Gifts will ship your order via UPS Ground delivery service or similar carrier.

On items being shipped via UPS, delivery usually arrives in two to four business days (Monday through Friday) Note: This does not include time to make your product, pack it and ship it. Please check the product detail pages for estimated time to go out

Do you ship to Canada?
We do not ship to Canada at this time. All shipments must be to continental U.S. street addresses (no AK, HI, PO Boxes or APO/FPO)

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How can I check the status of an order online?
If you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online after the order is placed. You will need to provide your order number. Click here for order status

Branding Iron Questions

What size are your branding irons?
he brands usually average around 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 in size. We make them small so they don't char the entire top of the steak.

How do I care for my branding iron?
Just wash with soap and water after each use. The high-grade stainless steel will last for many years and will not rust.

Do these work with my everyday gas grill?
YES. These are not designed to work only with big heavy duty pit cookers. Our brands were actually designed with the gas grills in mind. When the product worked in them we knew it would work in a large pit.

How many initials may I have?
1 to 5 initials depending on the branding iron.

How can you eat whole jalapenos?
Easy and you don't have to love hot foods. These jalapenos are cooked on the grill or in the oven for around 45 minutes. This cooking time will cook most of the intense heat out of the jalapenos. Leaving you with an enjoyable, flavorful appetizer like you have never had before.

Are the recipes hard to make?
Very much the opposite, even the novice cook can prepare these treats with very little effort. Make them for parties and people start to think you're the grilling guru.
