The Alaskan Ulu knife (pronounced oo-loo) has been used for centuries by Native people of the Artic. Ulus were first shaped from slate - a stone that could often be found in its natural shape, curved or tapered to a fine edge. It was this natural stone formation which inspired the unique Ulu design. This design offers better control and versatility for all-around cutting tasks.
From chopping nuts to slicing cheese and meats, the unique design of the Ulu increases dexterity and leverage, making fine cuts simple and heavier chopping easier.
Please enter the initials you would like branded on the ulu blade. If no initials are desired leave blank. |
